Biography
Jenny Vultaggio joined the firm in 2013. She has over 10 years of experience representing clients throughout Colorado as well as Court appointed cases.
Ms. Vultaggio found her passion for Elder Law while working in retirement communities for nearly a decade during college and law school. She understands the importance of planning and helps create directions for families to have better control over their future. She helps them navigate the often daunting procedures and tasks following a loved one’s death. Her practice focuses on estate planning as well as many aspects of elder law including protective proceedings, guardianships and conservatorships for minors and adults, fiduciary representation and probate administration.
Ms. Vultaggio also serves as firm counsel to the 18th Judicial District Public Administrator’s Office which involves helping families with a wide range of challenging issues.
