Chayet & Danzo, LLC has the experience and capability to act as co-counsel on sophisticated municipal finance and bond projects.  Currently, Chayet & Danzo, LLC has a contract with the largest local municipality to represent it as co-counsel on various public bond projects.  Recently in 2007, Chayet & Danzo, LLC acted as co-counsel in completing at $32.5 million public bond project with our co-counsel Kutak Rock, LLP on behalf of the municipality.

Currently the firm is working on a $14,000,000 multi-family bond project.
