Jennifer Oviatt

Jennifer Oviatt joined Chayet & Danzo, LLC, in 2002 as a paralegal. Her various duties include providing litigation support in protective proceedings and contested decedent estate cases, drafting estate planning documents, working on public benefits plans and applications, handling probate administration, and assisting with business entity formation. Since 2014, Ms. Oviatt has served as a Deputy Public Administrator for the 18th Judicial District of Colorado. In this role, she provides professional fiduciary services to incapacitated and disabled adults, minor children, and decedent estates.

Ms. Oviatt graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in history. Following college, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bulgaria from 1997 to 1999. She completed her paralegal education at the Denver Paralegal Institute in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oviatt worked in the securities industry in investor relations and as a NASD registered representative. Ms. Oviatt also has an extensive background working with non-profit organizations, both locally and abroad.
