At Chayet & Danzo, LLC, we focus our law practice on helping people plan for the future. In many cases, that may involve working with a fiduciary to handle your financial affairs or those of a loved one. A fiduciary may act as a trustee, personal representative, conservator or agent, based on your specific needs.

Fiduciary Services We Offer
Trustee Services — Marco Chayet will accept an appointment or nomination to serve as a trustee under all forms of trust arrangements, including:
- Revocable trusts
- Irrevocable trusts
- Trust protector
- Trust advisor
- Support trusts
- Disability trusts
- Special needs trusts
A trustee manages a trust according to the trust agreement. We adeptly handle all trust duties and administrative duties, including the management of the trust and trust asset.
Personal Representative Services — After the death of a loved one, we can take on the responsibilities of a personal representative. This individual is responsible for managing the personal and financial affairs of the deceased's estate. We are prepared to handle a full range of issues unique to the estate. Please contact us to find out more about our representation in this area.
Conservator and Agent Services — Marco Chayet also accepts appointments and nominations as a conservator under the Colorado Probate Code. A conservator is judicially appointed to manage another person's financial and personal affairs due to that person's physical or mental limitations. The conservator process removes the protected person's rights to manage his or her own financial affairs.
An agent under financial power of attorney is appointed by another person (called a principal) to manage that person's financial affairs.
