Marco Chayet and Frank Danzo funded the first endowed scholarship in Elder Law at the University of Colorado School of Law known as the Colorado Elder Law Scholarship.

Frank J. Danzo III won the 2010 and 2011 Five Star Award as one of the top 4% of Estate Planning attorneys in Colorado.

Marco Chayet has been named a 2012 Super Lawyer in Elder Law.

Marco Chayet is a 2011-2012 Chair of the Surrogate Decision Making Committee for the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate section.

Marco Chayet is on the board of the TCO Foundation which is becoming InnovAge. He will be attending the "Early Bird Special" dinner on February 18, 2012 to celebrate aging individuals and their exceptional era in the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. The mission of the TCO Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is to raise community awareness of and generate broad-based support for the programs of Total Community Options, which preserve the dignity and affordable independence of frail and aging individuals.
