Jennifer Oviatt joined Chayet & Danzo, LLC in 2002. Her various duties include providing litigation support in protective proceedings and contested probate cases, drafting estate planning documents, working on public benefits cases, handling basic probate administration, and assisting with business entity formation..

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oviatt worked in the securities industry in investor relations and as a NASD registered representative. Ms. Oviatt also has an extensive background working with non-profit organizations, both locally and abroad.

Volunteering has been an important part of Ms. Oviatt’s life as well. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bulgaria from 1997 to 1999. During her tour, her primary duties involved teaching English in a local high school and working on a US AID grant committee. Closer to home, Ms. Oviatt has volunteered with local literacy campaigns as an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor.

Ms. Oviatt graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in history. She completed her paralegal education at the Denver Paralegal Institute.
