Sarah L. Golombek
Sarah Golombek joined the firm in February 2010. Sarah's practice
emphasizes the areas of elder law, probate litigation, guardianships,
conservatorships and consulting with Personal Injury attorneys in the
settlement of injury cases for minors and incapacitated persons through
disability trusts, court approvals and Qualified Settlement Funds.
Mrs. Golombek is the former Law Clerk for the Honorable C. Jean Stewart,
Probate Judge of the Denver Probate Court and a former Associate
Attorney with the elder law firm of Solem, Mack & Steinhoff, P.C., in
Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Golombek is licensed to practice law in the state
of New York and the State of Colorado. She received her Juris Doctor
from the Benjamin J. Cardozo School of Law where she was the
Editor-in-Chief of the Women's Law Journal.
Mrs. Golombek is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Elder Law
Section, where she was elected to serve on the Executive Council, as
well as the Trust and Estate Section of the CBA. Mrs. Golombek earned
her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She grew up in
the Michigan area and now resides in Denver with her Husband and son.
